The deal, without fine print.

CarniLedger is a subscription-based mobile application for tracking food, macronutrients, and self-reported symptoms across strict dietary protocols. New accounts include a 3-day free trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active subscription.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up and keep it current. You must be at least 16 years old to use CarniLedger.

All subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by CarniLedger directly. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, per Apple and Google's standard policies.

To cancel on iOS: open the Settings app → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → CarniLedger → Cancel Subscription.

To cancel on Android: open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CarniLedger → Cancel subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.

Because Apple and Google handle billing, refund requests are processed through their systems, not through CarniLedger. Their standard refund policies apply. CarniLedger does not offer refunds beyond what Apple or Google provide, and we do not have the technical ability to override a store's refund decision.

• Google Play: request a refund from your Google Play order history or at support.google.com/googleplay.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service;
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• Use the service to violate any law or third-party right;
• Interfere with the service's operation or security, or the experience of other users.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or create legal risk for other users. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice before termination.

CarniLedger is a nutrition tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any diet, especially restrictive protocols such as the elimination diet or the lion diet, and before acting on any patterns you observe in the app.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarniLedger disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that macro estimates, symptom trends, or third-party database lookups will be error-free or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarniLedger and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and, where appropriate, with an in-app notice, before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Jurisdiction to be finalized], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
